St. Louis DMV Office: 11700 West Florissant

This Licensing Office, located in North County of St. Louis, Missouri, was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful with assisting me with what I needed. From a relative standpoint, the wait time was not an issue at all. Along with this, their covid procedures were adequate for ensuring and encouraging my safety as I conducted my business with them on the property. I did not at any time feel as though the establishment was being negligent towards establishing and enforcing the proper precautionary methods of avoiding the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The location was not necessarily difficult to find. However, this is because I was already aware of where it was within the strip mall style location. If someone were to randomly search for this particular Department of Motor Vehicles, and then try to locate it, they may have a slight issue with finding the location. One tip that I would recommend for anyone who is attempting to go to this location via the interstate 270 nearby would be to anticipate high traffic during normal rush hour periods. This is a very busy interstate, and is prone to having high traffic in certain directions depending on the time of day. Along with this, one would need to expect delays due to construction that may be impeding or slowing traffic on either side of the highway. Overall, my experience with the DMV was great, and I would recommend this DMV to others in the area.

Thank you for making my visit so pleasant..no one looks forward to license renewal and such, but the staff at the West Florissant office were helpful, and efficient..very professional and knowledgeable.
The parking was great, easy access..and the process for being served quite straightforward..
