Customer service at this location is pretty good. They direct you where you need to go and get you in and out in a timely manner. Just be patient and everything will work out.

This MVA s very clean and has a lot of parking. I like this location because it is an express MVA, not as large and less intimidating to me. I got there about 10 minutes early for my appointment that day and there was only 4 people in front of me. It went very smooth and I was called right away to meet a staff member. They were all practicing Covid procedures properly and chairs were 6 feet apart, and masks and gloves were all worn by everyone. I felt safe and was not too concerned for my health. I was renewing my license for work and the process only too about 20 minutes total and then I was on my way. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to get in and out quickly. Most MVA's are still by an appointment basis only so try to make it online and you will save a lot of time.

Dinna K. assisted my sister when we came to this location for a license renewal. She went out of her way to help us. She was friendly, kind, and respectful, but above all, professional. If all customer reps in all businesses modeled themselves after Dinna, our lives would be so much easier and way less stressful.

On a negative note, and this is no reflection on Dinna, my sister paid for expedited receipt of her license and after a week had to call to find out where it was. It arrived within the week, without a refund of her $17.
