It was the easiest most pleasant visit to DMV I have ever had. Making an appointment and getting right in to take care of renewal was all of 15 minutes. I was in shock that it was so quick and DMV employee was pleasant and very efficientt. Thanks again.

My experience with MVA was the worst experience I have had in my entire life thus far while dealing with MVA. I am now 70 years old. I went to MVA on 05/02/2025 to renew my License. I was called to window 2 at 3:30 pm. My appointment was at 3:45 pm. I came early and was called early to renew my License.( The young woman at the front desk was helpful in initiating this appointment. ) The young woman that worked at window 2 was dismissive, cross, and got angry with me when I did not follow directions in the way she thought I should. I truly believe ageism was at play during our interaction. She had no tolerance for me.. I am hard of hearing which seemed to frustrate and irritate her deeply. She refused to increase the volume of her voice and appeared to enjoy the fact that I had to ask her to repeat her statement 2-3 times. She seems to forget that she repeats the same questions daily multiple times and the questions may seem ridiculously easy to her. This was my first time answering her questions. I could not hear her and I felt her frustration with me. This made me nervous and I felt uncomfortable. I was sure she was going to fail me just for the pleasure of it. When a individual strongly dislikes working with people, then they should not hold a job working with the public everyday.

I have a ford 1999 f250 pickup. I am a farmer. Someone stole the converter off of it a few nights ago. A new converter costs a lot and may take this one too. Since it is used for the farm can I get a farm tag for it and not have to put a converter on it or would it still need a new converter? Thank You
