Springfield DMV Office: 1250 St James Ave

Location is easy cause it's exactly next to the plaza, so i had no issue. My overall experience was always good cause all stuff is nice and really good. I think they do their work well and answer all questions. The most surprising fact is that queue moves super fast and processing time was also fast for me, maybe it was cause of morning time, i do not know, but i have enjoyed my trip.

Parking was very easy. Staff working the door was GREAT. Very helpful and clear. Even with the Covid procedures it was smooth and very clear where to stand and wait, etc. Person actually processing things was horrible. They were extremely vague and mumbling what they wanted and was visibly perturbed when we didn't understand their vague or even non existent directions. At one point they even walked away and came back and were mad I didn't do something I didn't know they wanted me to do while they were away. I feel bad for the other staff because the behavior of one staff member completely ruined my impression of the office.
