Good distribution of the line (split into people who had paperwork vs people who did not) and moved us all through relatively quickly

Phony "BOOKED UP TODAY" when there's nobody in there and the parking lot is empty. Not user friendly at all. All they do is lie to you, and don't do any work. What a job! Typical state of Massachusetts jobs at the registry. Sit around all day, and get your raises every few months.
