    It was very easy to make an appointment online for my federal ID. Masked required, easy to find, adequate parking. When I got there I was checked in immediately and my wait time was about 2 minutes. It took approximately 7 or 8 minutes to process my information (and take the obligatory horrible picture) and I was out of there. Every one was very friendly and personable. I definitely feel that the woman who was working the front desk and I should be best friends.

    On December 3rd I went in to renew my license and everything went smooth. They said it could take UP to 45 days to get it in the mail. It is now January 27th and still no license. I went in to check on it and the 2 young ladies at the desk said that there was nothing they could do. They said it must have been lost in the mail, and if I want them to reorder it, there would be a $16.00 fee. Now I usually go along with the flow, but this is not fair that I paid for it and now I will have to pay again for a reason that is not my fault. Now they said it could happen again, and I would have to pay again. This is rediculous. Unfortunately. I can't do anything about it.
