I went to west Oakland Park office. Every body that I talked to From de security guard to the cashier was rude. it is bad.
I had an appt at 9:40 AM 9/27/26. I was first on line. By 10:20 I had not been called! This is horrible! Something must be done to ensure people who follow rules and make appointments are serviced on time. Igive it negative stars but option not available.
We had an appointment today at 2:30, checked in at 2:30 was made to wait over an HOUR!!!! Why make an appointment, totally uncalled for!!!!
We make an appointment to be taken at that time or soon thereafter, you wonder why people get so angry…. A new title/registration shouldn’t be this difficult, we have other appointments/things to do than sit in this damn waiting room!
