Melbourne Florida DMV Reviews and Tips
The updated building is so much better for the somewhat long wait times, but maybe think about adding some extra cooling features to the outside area especially once the summer temperatures start kicking in.

Questions and Answers
I just bought a used vehicle. Can I transfer title and get temporary tags on line. If so what menu do I use?
Hello,
In Florida, it is required that the seller of the vehicle completes the Transfer of Title By Seller section on the front of the title certificate including, the name and address of the buyer, the odometer information, the selling price and the date sold.
On the other end, the buyer must complete an Application for Certificate of Title with/without Registration form, attach it to the title and submit it to a Motor Vehicle Service center in Florida to transfer the title into their name. This will need to be done within 30 calendar days to avoid a late transfer penalty fee.

Can I give road test with an expired learner's permit?
Hello,
To move on from a Florida Learner's License to a Florida Driver's License, you must have held your learner's license for at least 12 months or turned 18, whichever comes first.
In other words, as long as you have driven with your learner's permit for at least 12 months or are 18 years old, you are eligible to take the driving skills test.
Hope this helps!
