Manchester Connecticut DMV Reviews and Tips
It was a normal experience. The time it took to wait was excessive and I felt like I could have filled out the paperwork beforehand and only had to wait in one line to get it done. The COVID procedures were great and I felt safe. However, the multiple desks I had to visit was unnecessary and kept me in the crowd for too long. Parking was plentiful but it was hard to stay 6 feet apart with all the people there.
