The staff at this particular location was not overly helpful, but they weren't rude. They answered questions if you had them, but they were not very forthcoming with over information. The parking was fine. It was not super packed so I easily found a space to park pretty close to the location. I would recommend that if you are going to this location to arrive a little bit before they open as a line usually forms outside and you can be one of the first ones instead of having to wait forever for your turn. The wait time is still long, but not as bad as if you go later in the day.

Birth Certificates are required for Real ID or Enhanced IDs. It's possible that 4 years ago you just got a regular Colorado ID, The new Enhanced IDs allow for Travel in airports and access to federal buildings with out carrying your passport or passport card.
