The state of Arizona requires all driver's license and identification card holders to file a Change of Address form with the MVD within 10 days of relocating. To change your address online, please visit https://azmvdnow.gov/home.
To report a change of address, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, and driver's license or identification card number. Changing your address with the Arizona MVD is free of charge, but if you would like request a replacement driver's license or ID card, you will need to pay a $12 processing fee.

Please keep in mind that if you do not change your address, you may not receive renewal notices or other important updates concerning your Arizona driver's license. Failing to change your address with the MVD within the 10-day period may also result in a law enforcement citation.

Contact your local MVD office by visiting https://azdot.gov/node/4911 .
