Virtual Assistant is HORRIBLE! How can you talk to a live person about getting a new TDL after my suspension is over on 1/30/2026? My old TDL expired last year.
Very bad virtual assistant. Cannot get someone to talk to. The scheduler is not showing any learner appt spots available anywhere. How is that possible? why is it we cannot talk to anyone?
