Getting through on the phone is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!
I tried several times and several options. NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!! It keeps asking the same question and will not accept any answers at all even if the answer if EXACTLY what the bot is asking for.
You chatbot is ridiculous and useless. You need a human to answer the phone.

Why can I not choose this location to renew my license and change the address, I live in Paradise and it is making me go to Weatherford. Can I do this anywhere or do I have to do it in my county?
