I understand that your new automated system was created for the convienience of your employees but what about your customers? Is there any way we could speak to a real person?

Worst experience ever! Uber inefficient! People cheat get in wrong line then staff feel sorry for them and take them anyway. Waited 2 hours to get documents reviewed and would have been another hour at least to get processed. Arrived 11:15 a.m. and left in disgust at 1:30 p.m. not having received service. Staff asking for patience saying waits can be up to 4 hours. This is not service; it is purgatory!

Huebner at Evers Rd in Leon Valley. This is a full service Mega-Center, where you should be able to get just about everything DPS related accomplished. It's very busy, so make an appointment!

Need more staff to accommodate those that need onsite services. Including but not limited to those with special needs and others.

the wait time for appointments is out of control. Had an appointment for the wife on 2 February. I was admitted to the hospital and the appointment was missed. On 4 February rescheduled the appointment and the first available in San Antonio was on the 26th of April. THREE (3) months. This is way out of control!!!!!!
