Tulsa West DMV Office: 3190 W 21st Street S

The wait time was UNBELIEVABLE. There is a text message system, but it is unclear from the start if you are expected to wait at the DMV or if you can leave and come back. After talking to someone else who had been through the process, I chose to leave and come back when I received a text that my number was about to be called. From the time of that text, it was still over an hour and a half of waiting in the parking lot because half of the people inside (including every employee) were not wearing masks. I heard someone say that they were getting people with appointments taken care of pretty well, but also, I know that making an appointment requires you book a minimum of TWO MONTHS in advance. So...6 hour wait, or two months? You decide.

They will not answer the phone when you call but the website says to call before you come to the office. Surely we can do better than this?
