DO NOT COME HERE!! This place is a JOKE! I’ve come here twice now, BEFORE close, and have gotten turned away because they don’t want to work. “Come in before 7.” People have jobs! These people are the absolute worst. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Idk why they have a phone number listed. They don’t ever answer it. I’ve tried calling more than a dozen times and it just rings nonstop.

Waited an hour, 7 a.m. when the office opened an employee walked out and told everyone in line that there were no more road tests available. This was the 2nd time attempting a walk in. I guess we need to make an appointment for August, that is over 2 months from now.

I walked in at 1:05PM 9-1-23 to apply for a REAL ID. I was told by the two ladies at the front desk I need 2 billing statements in order to provide proof of address for the REAL ID. Online it clarifies I can use my ID and Voter Registration with other options as well besides billing statements. I went to the agency off of Berry in Norman right after, who were very help and validated the online requirements necessary. Please educate the employees on simple requirements that took me 5 minutes to look up so no other person has this disservice done onto them in the future.

Hello, I'm trying to transfer my out of state license to Oklahoma. I'm getting conflicting information about whether this particular site is able to do that or not. I've been there once before and been turned away, but on the DMV location website that shows locations that do out of state transfers, this location is showing as one of the license transfer sites. Please advise.
