There is ample parking here and the walk from the parking lot is very quick. Once inside, you have to enter your info on an ipad and wait for your name to be called. The seats are arranged for social distancing. I waited for around 10 minutes before my name was called. I had my documents ready and cash in hand for a license plate renewal, which whould have expedited me through the interaction with the DMV employee. The employee was prompt, but unfortunately their printer wasn't working. I guess they had some recent updates that were causing handshake issues between their computers and their printer. They had my new plate sticker, but they did not have the capability to mail or text or email me the new registration document, so I had to wait until they fixed their printer. It took around five minutes for them to reset the printer and print my new registration. I have hadn't any issues here before, with wait time or equipment malfunctioning. Its one of the better DMVs I have ever been to. My only reccommendation would be for the Ohio DMV to get into the 21st century and start offering paperless registration. Accordingly, the police should stop asking for vehicle registration when they pull you over (the tag is the fucking registration).
