Lima DMV Office: 2302 Harding Highway

The DMV is very easy to find. It can be found in a strip mall close to I-75. There is plenty of parking available because there is an empty store nearby with a large parking lot. The staff was very helpful. A woman greeted us at the door with a clipboard to find out what our business was. She then directed us to a certain line. The COVID procedures were followed very well. After each transaction, a man sprayed down the counter and pens that were used. All of the employees wore masks, and customers had to wear masks as well. Spots were marked on the floor so there was social distancing. There was a long line that snaked out the door, but with the woman taking customers' information before entering the building, the line moved fairly quickly. My tips to others would be to call ahead and find out the wait time. We did this and were given a fairly accurate estimate. Also, avoid busy times like the lunch hour. It is best to go early morning when the DMV first opens.

I cam in Dec 16th around 11 1130am the young lady was very nice but I have only 1 eye so she asked this guy to help with me seeing the chart he was so rude and impatient with me talking very loud saying you can't see you need to go see your eye dr he said very loud you can only drive in daylight I've been doing this for years he literly brought me to tears of embarrassment.the young lady gave me a tissue and let me compose myself before taking the puc
