Columbus Ohio BMV Reviews and Tips
It was fine, It was very early in the morning, so there was not many people there. masks were required and only a limited amount of people could be in the building at once.

There was a staff member right inside the front door to assist with COVID-19 protocols and to determine why you are there in order to best serve you. Both the person I first spoke with as well as the person at the counter were both very professional and helpful. It was the best BMV visit I have ever had.

We arrived as soon as they opened and only had to wait 5 minutes total to see someone. My agent was fast, prompt and friendly. They resolved my issue and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

The idea of 'getting-in-line' sounds good but simply doesn't work. I was told the wait was about 30 min by representative in the office when I called. I went ahead and 'got-in-line' online, waited 10 minutes before I left the house drove 10 min to get to DMV, checked in again as requested and still waited 40 min.

I sat there listening to Hateful Insults from staff. Public Humiliation.. Thankfully I'm covered in God's Love.. it was Horrible !

I had merely asked for a bmv manual so I went up to a woman. A young woman in her early 20s ignored me when I said hello to her. I was looking at her and waiting until she was done with what she was writing. She looked up at me and I had asked her politely and she had told me there is no bmv manual. I had then acknowledged that and walked away. She then proceeded to tell the other coworker that this person is crazy. The coworker went up to where I was standing and fixed the belt to close me in line. I was called crazy for simply bothering her and asking for a handbook.
