Binghamton New York DMV Reviews and Tips
The staff was helpful and easy to work with. They took me in immediately, after I filled out the appropriate paperwork for my ID renewal. I found the experience to be stress free and easy, since the DMV requires appointments now. There were no lines, and hardly any wait. In addition to this, I had unfettered access to the staff there which made getting my ID very easy.

I visited the Endicott DMV location very recently and was shocked with the discussion going on with a couple of the workers there. There was a man sitting at a desk in the left corner as you enter the office and he was talking very loud about Trump becoming president and discussing negatively about how the economy and immigration will be for our country. There were a few customers in the office at the time and I was so disgusted that politics would even be discussed at all in this setting. I know from working in a government capacity that it is a HUGE violation of ethics to be discussing this in a work setting such as this. I was so disgusted that I walked out. Please speak to this man and all the employees regarding appropriate conversations. This is very unprofessionaland whether you believe customers are in the office or not.
I have also been in the Binghamton office recently when there was a woman in the parking lot with Broome Security. The employees in the Binghamton office were discussing (very loudly) about how the woman had just been in there and was high on something. Sadly the one employee stated the woman’s name for all to hear!! I am shocked at this as well and realize the toxicity going on. Please make the DMV a more pleasant place to visit.
