I came to this location to register my vehicle. Before I arrived I called asking about the procedures in light of covid. I was told to drop my papers off in the box outside. As I pulled in the clerk was in the window. I was trying to ask her questions and she was acting as she didn’t hear me. She ignored me completely. I was just worried about leaving all the documents outside. She was rude and not helpful at all.
This isn’t the first time this lady has been rude. Tons of people complain about her and nothing is ever done.
