Lady was extra nice yesterday then at appointment today she was incredibly rude. I just moved here. If this lady is representative of New Mexico people I need to stop unpacking and go home.

Have had the pleasure of working with David several times and he is great, but unfortunately today we were stuck with the woman who works at the first counter, who was rude, hateful, acted like we were an imposition on her time, and definitely has no business working with the public. She told me to change a form that had already been notarized, and when I did exactly what she told me to do, she then threatened to send us away without finishing the transaction because I had changed the form! She actually threatened me for doing exactly what SHE told me to do! She also tried to overcharge us by almost $100 for a title and new plates, and if the gentleman with me hadn't gone over her figures before he paid, she would have gotten away with it. They need to get rid of her.
