    Three of us stood out in the cold while they waited inside for an extra two minutes before opening. Then the three ladies set behind the glass and drank coffee and laughed for another ten minutes. The lady on the far right with the four inch fake fingernails, and the one inch fake eyelashes, and the four pounds of make-up, never did intend to help anyone. She spent 14 minutes putting lotion on her hands, checking out her fingernails, and texting on her phone. This place has always had a very bad attitude and very bad customer service.

    Go to any other MVD Office than this one, not only do the employees not know the actual requirements for the work they are doing, but they also have a rude and lazy attitude and frankly don't seem to care about you or your needs, even when you bring in all the required documents, they come up with some insane reason to not complete the task at hand causing you to have to come back time and time again, they seem to be lacking in both customer service, but more importantly in actual knowledge of the work they need to perform according to their own State requirements/documentation they give you, not to mention the information supplied on the official MVD website. We wasted hours with the BS spewed by one employee and the supervisor who just wanted to make stuff up to back her ignorant employee. They need to be shut down or seriously retrained.
