Anyone complaining about this location should spend just 60 seconds at the Arrowwood location. Mount Holly DMV is where I will go and where I will recommend to other people for the rest of my living days. The woman that invites you in and gives direction is just lovely. The staff that Myself and my son encountered were all pleasant and professional. It’s a whole different world. MOUNT HOLLY DMV IS DISNEYLAND compared to Arrowood DMV location.

This review is specifically for the Arrowwood location. We visited three times and signed into the QR code System daily for a week and a half.

We tried to get my son's ID renewed for weeks. There have been no appointments available. Arrowood location feels like a scene from THE HUNGER GAMES! I'm positive there are people, (especially disabled) that have had their license or ID card expire due to unavailability of the DMV. I was told to get there as early as possible for when walk-ins are allowed at 12 noon. We were treated like a herd of animals and we were unaware and uniformed that we would actually just get to scan a QR code at noon which would put more than 100 people ahead of us. The person giving instruction was condescending and unbelievable rude. It's not that renew your ID or license is difficult, for some I'm sure it becomes an impossible monumental chore. I personally know people that HAVE JOBS AND MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO OPTAIN ONE UNTIL AFTER THEIR EXPIRATION DATE. I wonder how many have been ticketed for this and have had to pay additional fines and court fees? The state of the DMV is unacceptable at its present state. It's not just Arrowood. I know someone that moved here from NY and it took him three days at the Huntersville location before this EXECUTIVE could get back to running a company. At least he was able to. You have disabled people who are not able to get rides day after day to NOT GET their ID renewed. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
