Very busy, but well-staffed (in early 2020) and organized. I got there when they opened, which was a good idea.

It was horrible. The line was long and it was very crowded. You took a number and you waited and if your number was called after closing then you were plumb out of luck even if you spent all day there. The people there were really weird and made me feel unsafe. The staff was rude as well.
