I have been going to this location for over a decade now and have always had a positive experience at this location. The staff have always been more than cordial, knowledgeable and helpful with a sense of humor. I thank you for making my visits to the DMV as pleasant of an experience as possible.

Your website says open Thursdays at 7:00……Open NOW.
It is after 7:00 and the signs on the window say open at 9:00!

None list whether or not they take appointments nor how to make an appointment but have Appointment Details category. HOW DO YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE AT ANY OFFICE FOR REAL ID?

I just had a wonderful experience at this location. Ilene welcomed me with a cheerful smile, was courteous in her requests for paperwork and license. She was very polite and appears to be the "go-to" person at the location. I got in line using the app, was called after being in the facility for 10 minutes, and I was out of there after only 10 minutes of interaction with Ilene. A tip o' the hat to Ilene for surprising me with a good experience that I dreaded going in!

Best DMV visit Ever!!! No real wait time ..esp if you use Qless app for waiting list...took all of a 5min wait since we were in the Q!...Everyone Super Friendly and Helpful!!

This is the first time I've used this office and it was a painless process. Not only that, clerk at the entrance was very helpful by getting us started with our business, checking our paperwork and documents, putting together the exact documents we needed to update our DL. Once we moved to the clerk that handled processing did a great job, was very informative and patient while talking us through all we needed to do. His friendly actions helped speed up the process, making the whole visit actually enjoyable, when we've all been trained over the years to dread ever having to visit the DMV. 5 star service in my opinion.

The best DOR office. First time there. Clean, efficient, pleasant staff and not long of a wait. I used to go to the Affton office and they have become awful. The lady at Concord was polite and helpful.
