Agent extremely dismissive. So I decided not to pursue what I needed and advocated for a man on oxygen. He had just told me he only had 30 minutes left on his tank. I told her that I was on a heart monitor so some of us needed special attention. She closed her eyes and turned her head away from me. I waited until she turned back to me and I said let me point him out … she mumbles something. I said I am sorry…. What. She said I will come out there. I left! What a crappy attitude! Shame!

When I came into the DMV on Main St. the first time, the lady at the front desk by the window was rude, argumentative, confrontational and would not listen to what I needed. She was ready to fight me on documentation I brought in. I came in a second time and I brought in more documentation and I saw a lady at the counter. I sat down, I handed her some documents, she immediately did not accept any of the legal documents.

I needed a new drivers license, I brought in my Insurance Policy and Medical Documents, official federal and state correspondences from the IRS as well as a 1099 form. The employees at the DMV in Grandview Missouri rejected official government documents saying that they could not accept the documents. I am trying to get my drivers license with the star on it. My advice is do not go to this location. I spent weeks trying to get inline and I finally did only to get turned down with the correct gov. documents.
