Heads up they are closed from 12 to 12:30pm everyday for lunch. My fiancé was turned away at 11:30 he waited 8 whole minutes before being helped and was told to come back at 12:30 because they were closing. They had 2 costumers in DVS at the time and 4 workers are uncappable of doing a motorcycle permit renewal in less than 20 minutes? Do better i hate coming here to this location specifically.
Tuesday @11am - Walked in and hopped in line. There were 3 people ahead of me and the lady at the front of the line was stating that she just needed to drop off the paperwork for a submittal. The lady behind the counter stated that she cannot help her and that if she does not have an appointment that she needs to take a number and wait in line. She then stated that the current wait time was about an hour and a half... The place had 20 people waiting in chairs and only 2 of the 10 counters had people working them. I immediately turned around and walked out. Too bad the Minnesota DMV wasn't included in all the fraud; they could've used 9 billion for more employees.

I need to transfer a title and renew a drivers license, Sasha helped us. She handled my friend's drivers license first, which went quick, but then the transfer of title, it took a while, but she was kind, and knowledgeable, and helped us fill out the form, have never done that before, she spent 45 minutes with us, and I would give her 10 stars for her excellent customer service experience ! 5 stars below, but it wouldn't let me do that..?

If I could leave zero stars, I would - wait times, hard to use and unclear system. It shouldn’t be this hard to do the right thing.
Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised at the great level of Service. The lady who helped me was very professional and friendly. Much better than my pas experiences here. Good job!
