Your Burnsville DL office was not able to process DLs or IDs today, and we were told that was the status statewide as well. It would be quite helpful if that information could be posted somewhere (on the locations' or State website possibly) so that the public does not needlessly go to the site. And how do we know whether/if the location will be fully operational tomorrow? The Burnsville location's phone was not answered on several occasions when called for an update today.

very helpful & friendly
Went to the DMV after buying a pull trailer, then twice for enhanced drivers license the past month. Each of the 3 times, it was busy, line to the door. Every single one of the employees was helpful to the person they were helping. I never witnessed anything but helpfulness, patience and kindness. These employees need to be made aware, we all noticed how awesome they were, as we chatted softly and waited in line. Bravo to all of you!! And you were all awesome to me! Thank you!
