This going on line to make an appointment with southdale or trying to call them is a joke,it is probably walz at his best
I came to your location to renew my tabs on my car. I wrote a check so I would not have to pay the credit card fee of 2.5%. I was told after I fill out my check that you would not take a check with an out of state address. this check is from an account I opened 30 years ago at a USBank, a national bank. I changed the address on the account but all the account numbers stayed the same. So i had to use my cash card with the out of state address and you charged me over $12.00..
This is quite the scam you have going.

I find the service and abilities deplorable..they told me to call north Carolina because they could help me. .no explanation or number to call your on your own...

i recently purchased a car with a salvage/ rebuilt title for $22,995. i purchased plates at 37th st. dmv. i was charged $738. for plates because they showed the car value (msrp) at $49,995.. this seems unethical to me. i'm sure the dmv has an automated system that just spits out a number but i gave proof/documentation that the cars value was $22,995.am i entitled to an adjustment? dick mccullough pine island, mn.
