i never thought I would right a review about a DMV. But this place was so awesome I just have to.
I went to the DVM dreading it. We have all had horrible experience with the DMV so I figured this was going to be the same. but to my greatest expectation the staffs here are quite lovely although i waited long but my overall experience was worth it

There needs to be a way to see when your appointment is scheduled online, since you have to wait months to get the appointment.

No instructions for first time drivers skill test.

local phone number that is provided is their fax. There's no way to call the SOS Niles office directly. Poor customer service
