The Driving Test Instructor was helpful did her proficient and help me calm down, because I was a nervous wreck at first!

I recently had an appointment for the Behind The Wheel exam, and it turned out to be the worst Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) I’ve ever been to. The lady at the counter never informed us that my dad would need to be inside the vehicle until the instructor arrived. When the instructor finally came out, she automatically disqualified my exam because my dad was outside the vehicle. I understand that this was an oversight, but no one had mentioned it to us beforehand. My dad and I decided to return to the MVA building and inform their staff about the mistake. Instead of acknowledging their error, they chose to defend the lady at the counter who never reminded us about this. It’s important to note that they weren’t even near her when we were talking to her. One of their staff members even called her supervisor to in order for us to address this issue to the supervisor, but she repeated the same behavior. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, she yelled at us and defended the lady at the counter. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with this branch. Last year, when we were trying to register our new vehicle, they refused to tell us what other documents we needed. Instead, they yelled at us and never provided us with any information about the missing documents.

Do you guys think my dad will get out of the vehicle or I’ll let him get out of the vehicle before the instructor comes out if the lady at the counter reminded us about this? No right? Their staff were trying to make us look ignorant about this.
