Vidalia DMV Office: 2009 Billy Deal Lane

Tried for 2 days to speak with someone just to ask if I had lost my driver's license there last week. Finally, they answered and immediately said "please hold" WITHOUT asking what I was calling for. It would not have taken 15 seconds to answer my question, but here I am on hold for 20 minutes 32 seconds and steadily adding up! This office is horrible to try to speak with on the telephone. I commented about 2 weeks ago on this office. I am old and retired, but I have things to do instead of sitting on hold. Maybe cameras should be installed in another location so activities inside here can be monitored. When I was in there twice last week, they were not busy and the telephone was not ringing off the hook. DMV, DO SOMETHING. My advice is don't waste your time waiting on telephone. Go there and pile up in the waiting area, There are plenty of chairs!
