Hi. I have a question regarding driving license. I am a student at KSU, and I have heard that it is possible to get the license without taking the exam, and it needs some theoretical and practical learning sessions with examiner and then we can get a license which is great for me since I do not have a car at this moment and this option works well for me. So, could you please let me know how can I enroll for this and what is the process? I would appreciate if you could please give me some information about this.
