how do I file a complaint? Also since my license was supposed to be sent out several months ago and it hasn't but yet my stickers arrived I'd really like to know where the hell my license went and then I had to go to pay for another one. I should not have had to pay I was told I had to pay because it was after 30 days and they said that when they gave me paperwork when I first renewed that it said on the paperwork I had 30 days which it clearly does not. so I've been lied to and cheated

It was a standard DMV experience. Go in and wait for your number to be called. Once called go to the indicated window and do what is needed. Parking is ok at this location it is in a shopping center that usually has plenty of parking. Covid procedures where just spaced out chairs and needing a mask.

The parking lot is big. The DMV is quite big and the chairs are spaced apart. They require masks. They were calling numbers pretty quickly and got to me quicker than I expected!

The Pine Valley DMV is open on Mondays, and closed on Wednesdays. Has been for about two years.

We paid for 4 registrations, but only received 3. Next time, please send brief note of license identity, with the other registrations to explain, a new plate is on the way. Now it's a few days from the expiration deadline. It would have helped to received a notice, to show authorities, if there is an issue. We've wasted time trying to call the Bureau, & now online. We know you're busy, but so are we. Thank you.
