Each day when I login, there is no option for making an appointment at the Plano facility, not even in advance. How is it possible for people to come in for a service if appointments are required but you cannot schedule one?

bunch of idiots , can’t make an appt without a credit card

The people working there were unnecessarily rude to individuals coming in for services. Making loud, disrespectful comments to patrons is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would suggest sending in a secret shopper to see how the general public is treated.
