The location was easy to find, but parking was completely full and I had to park on the very far end of the plaza. The line went by quickly, and a staff member set me up with a time for the appointment. I then went back to my car and waited for my turn which was in about 45 minutes. Overall the whole process went smoothly. i was glad I could wait in my car instead of waiting in a long line outside.

Marie received my phone call regarding making and appointment by the end of the month. I am 77. Instead of helping me to pick a date on line or over the phone, she became very impatient, rude and hanged up on me. My phone# is 224-***-****. It's unfortunate, the Secy. of State hires such people who are not customer friendly and rude to seniors. A. Rahman, Glenview, IL

I am writing this note to say that I was at the Des Plaines DMV last week to renew my drivers license. I would like to commend Supervisor "JUAN" for the best service I have ever been given at a DMV. JUAN was most pleasant, attentive, and helpful. He certainly had patience with me and guided me along with obtaining my license. I never would have gotten through the steps of achieiving my renewal to drive. I again, thank him and would hope this message lets you know he is a Valued Employee.
Last but not least his assistant "DANEEKA" was also a great help and most pleasant. They both deserve to be regonized.
