Hi.
We arrived @ 2924 Pleasant Hill Rd. (Poinciana Location)
on Mon. a. m., 11/21 & office was (permanently) closed! Nothing on website indicating this. Everything led us to believe this office was opened, showing office hours, link with directions, etc.! Nothing indicating an appt. is required, either. Very disappointing waste of precious time!
Please update & improve the website & communicate efficiently, moving forward!

I arrived on 22 December. Office says it’s open. I paid $20 Uber to get there. Small sign on the door that it is closed.
Now $20 to get home.
Terrible communications.
