I did not make an appointment as I was just picking up my new license that the USPS returned to DMV. I explained the situation with security at the door, he allowed me to come in and sit and my license was in my hand 15 min later…very busy but my needs were met. Everyone is so nice!

I had a driver's license in new castle Colorado an it expired back in 2004. I'm now living in Kearney Nebraska an I'm trying to get my driver's license here what do I need to do

Because your driver's license is more than 1 year expired, you'll need to take both written knowledge test and driving tests in Nebraska. Please look for a Nebraska DMV location to get your new License.
