I called first and spoke with Monica who informed me of the MVD services they provide. I went out and so happened Monica was the person who waited on me. She could not have been more helpful and efficient which I so appreciate. I was easily able to obtain the necessary temporary plate and dash cards that allows special parking while waiting on the permanent ones to arrive. I mentioned my other vehicle's plate was badly deteriorated and Monica said she could handle that issue too, which she did by ordering a replacement. I said that I didn't have the vehicle information with me and her reply was, "It's okay, I can look it up". No issues, no hassle...just good service. I was on my way in about 15 minutes after arriving.
