Staff was very helpful in directing me where to go with each step of the procedure, and with laying out the rules regarding the testing that I had to take. When I had an issue with one of the testing devices, I was given help immediately, and the problem was resolved. The location was easy to find, the parking was accommodating, and the covid procedures were secure.

The women there was very rude and refused to service me because she said it was too late even though the doors are still open. She explained she does this, so she does not have to stay late and help anyone. I wish I was able to close my establishment early to avoid helping customers late. Definitely will not be coming back here, Id give zero stars if I could.

There is plenty of parking, fully handicapped accessible.
The restroom was very clean, there are gas stations and places to eat very close to this location.
Make sure to bring all necessary documents, the website is very clear and easy to understand.
Make sure to bring a social security card and a certified or original birth certificate if you are getting a new license. If you want the TSA travel license or ID, bring two proof of residency at your home address.
Insurance bill, mortgage payment or rental agreement. Utility bills or accepted also.
