Middletown DMV Office

My overall experience was not the best. The lady that was helping me was very rude, I went with all the paperwork needed That someone had told me to bring in over the phone. There is security at the door, and the seats are marked so that you cannot sit too close to one another. Their covid restrictions made me feel comfortable. It was more of a staff problem that made my experience a 1 star experience.

I really like the effort they put into making sure it was safe due to the coronavirus. They have very pleasant guards at the main doors making sure that you actually have a scheduled appointment before they allow you to enter. They have the seats marked off also so that people can not sit right next to one another. Everything was great, except for the lady that had dealt with me. I made sure to bring all of the papers that I was told over the phone to bring with me.(I know for a fact, because I took notes while I was on the phone) She then told me that I did not bring the proper documents and proceeded to get nasty with me. She told me that she just can not hep me with what I needed when I had asked her what it was that I did not have.

A heavyset Latin woman failed me for absolutely no reason. She seemed like 30 yrs old and seemed to have an attitude. I really wish I would have gone somewhere else because it negative Impact in my life. These trainers should be recorded during testing.
