Went in today for a real id and license renewal. I made an appointment months ago. Upon arrival the line was long but people with appointments were taken right inside. The lady at the desk was courteous and helpful. I was called back quickly and one of my documents did not have a seal. The examiner told me to go to the courthouse and get one and gave me her name and to return and ask for her. I did so. The front desk lady told me to go straight back. The examiner reviewed my documents. All were correct. The process was flawless after that. ALL of the staff that we dealt with were great. Very courteous to everybody.

Waited 5 hours then a lady comes out and says if you are not called for driving test at 4 you need to come back tomorrow. We were 2 numbers from being called.
They don’t give you a number for the next day either it’s first come first served. So incredibly frustrating very inconsiderate of people time If they think they can’t take you then why give you a number and make you wait. People in the back just sitting there.
