This location is not central but worth the drive. There is plenty of parking right next to the building and I have never had a long wait. The staff, with the exception of one abrupt employee, is friendly, helpful, and professional. The building is clean and nicely laid out. During the COVID pandemic, social distancing was well marked and the few other customers present were abiding by the safety guidelines.

Staff here is horrible, bad attitude from ALL staff members, claimed they had spanish interpreter inside to help non english speakers and they did not. My father was struggling trying to get his ID renewed, no need for staff to be rude. If you don't like your job then quit but no need to take it out on customers that come in for a service. Horrible experience staffing needs to not be entitled to treat people like crap.

Horrible experience staff is not helpful and if you don't speak english forget about coming here they will not help you at all.
