Raleigh DMV Office: 2431 SPRING FOREST RD, RALEIGH, NC, 27615-7525

The woman that checks the paperwork at the beginning was very rude to several customers. It was almost as if she was looking for something to be wrong even if they had all of the paperwork.

The staff at this location is courteous and very efficient. My suggestion for any DMV location is do your research as to what you need to bring. My husband and I did this and we had everything (and more) to make sure we would not be sent home because we forgot something. BE PREPARED! We arrived early and we were leaving the building at our scheduled appointment time. We both commented on how well it was run and were quite pleased. Safety measures were taken at the site and we did not feel 'uneasy' about being there. Kudos to North Carolina for running great DMV's!

The little lady that disrespected a number of customers during the day. A disgrace. She needs to be fired immediately. Even the persons she was training asked her to step out because was being so disrespectful to client after client. Think she was from the UK or somewhere else. Not a representation raleigh NC.
