CLOSED 1130-1 EVERY DAY "FOR LUNCH"

Waiting 4.5 hours. When the office was 30 minutes away from closing an announcement was made that maybe not everyone would be helped. Luckily that wasn’t the case! Twelve windows and the most who were ever working at one time was 4 people but mostly just 3 and sometimes only 2. The clerks moved with no urgency and many times would disappear in between customers. I tried to make an appointment in what I thought was ample time before my DL expired but every single time I tried it said no appointments available. Since I renewed my license on line last time I was forced to go in person this time. It was torture!!!!! Once I finally got to a window however the woman who helped me was lovely and kind. My suggestion is that you hire more people!!!!
