I arrived at Tunnel Road location at 2:00 pm. Upon entering I was told very curtly that there were no seats available and I could wait in my car. Scanning the room I saw an empty seat which several of the people waiting pointed to.
I asked the crowd how long they had been waiting and one couple said they had been there since 9:30 am. Really, I said… you’ve been waiting for 4 1/2 hours?? They nodded.
I left immediately.
