The office was understaffed. I felt like it would never be my turn. Due to covid I had to wait outside most of the time. I felt like my paperwork could have been handled online or via mail. I was born and raised in north carolina, there should be no question about my identity.

Went to get the title transfer at this location- 5622 E Independence blvd , very helpful staff. Person sitting at the front door is guiding ppl to get to the correct waiting line. Ladies are very helpful , knowledgeable and doing an amazing job.
