The young girl at the first desk looked like she was half asleep and didn't speak just yawned and handed my paperwork to the old lady in the next cube. This old lady really needs to retire. She was rude and just shoved my papers back at me without looking and said you don't have what you need. Now, she had NO clue why I was there. I had not even begun telling them what I needed. The young girl just laughed and picked up her phone. The old lady yelled the next number before I even had the chance to say a word. Do your self a favor and go to the one in Jeff City or on Grindstone. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! It is dirty, dark, dank, and smelled of weed and BO!

I have never been to such an efficient DMV! An employee met you at the door and checked to make sure your documents where complete. I only waited 10 minutes and (Irene?) called me up. She was pleasant and informative, while answering staff questions! A master of all trades!!
Staff is incredibly rude, inefficient and frankly incompetent. Depending on who “helps” you and the day you go in, what documents you’ll need and if they are feeling like accepting what you have varies from person to person and day to day. For a town of this size the way this office is ran is embarrassing. On and don’t bother to try calling that is not apart of the job duties here. Honestly the state should reevaluate who contracts are handed too. It’s evident the contract winner here hasn’t step foot in and/or doesn’t give a flip about what a waste of tax payers resources it is. Go anywhere but here
Drive 10 minutes further to a different office and u will save time. Two customers at the counter for over 30 minutes and the third employee walks over to help so only two of three counters open. I walked out. Takes them forever to process anything. I will never ever go back to this location again. Not my first time with a bad experience there.
