Showed up here at 11A.m. on October 24, only to see that it was closed. Apparently it’s been closed for a couple of days. What’s going on?

After the queuing system failed to work twice outside, I went inside to queue. I was helped right away by a very nice young lady who had to go to her boss, the owner, for help. Right away I could tell the way she was interacting with him and by his mannerisms that he was a jackass who made his staff feel uncomfortable. In the middle of his attempt to help me he just went and sat down and his desk and after leaving me standing there for about 5 minutes asked if there was something he could help me with. I wasted about 90 minutes of my work day and never got any resolution at all. Just met one of the most miserable pieces of shit I have ever seen attempt to run a business. I would highly recommend going to any other license bureau in the area than this one if you have any self respect for yourself or care about how others are treated in the work place. This guy represents everything that is wrong in 2025. You will know who he is right when you see him. He looks like a pathetic human being.

This is the first time I've used this office and it was a painless process. Not only that, clerk at the entrance was very helpful by getting us started with our business, checking our paperwork and documents, putting together the exact documents we needed to update our DL. Once we moved to the clerk that handled processing did a great job, was very informative and patient while talking us through all we needed to do. His friendly actions helped speed up the process, making the whole visit actually enjoyable, when we've all been trained over the years to dread ever having to visit the DMV. 5 star service in my opinion.

Best DMV visit Ever!!! No real wait time ..esp if you use Qless app for waiting list...took all of a 5min wait since we were in the Q!...Everyone Super Friendly and Helpful!!

Very long wait.for reviewing license. 4 people taking care of Motor Vehicles and only one person taking driver license. Credit card machine also not working. I would find a different location.
