I went to the License Bureau this morning to get my driver's license renewed. The lady who helped me, Emily, was very pleasant and business like, no games. It was a pleasure and relief that the transaction went smoothly, and I was on my way in a short period of time. I sincerely hope that I get Emily when my driver's license again renews. Emily gets a five-star review from me.

Dani was super nice, delightful, helpful, and patient and did not have an attitude like most people that work at the DMV/Licensing places usually have in my experience. I hope she's the one that calls my name in the future as well. I give her 10 stars. The 3 stars is for the long 1 1/2 to 2-hour wait before your name is even called. It's brutal. Find something to entertain yourself to help time pass if you go when there are lots of people there.
And make sure you have all your documents that you need. I saw someone that was there before I was and waiting almost as long as I did but when their name was finally called, they were told they didn't have all the documents needed. Imagine waiting 1 1/2 to 2 hours just to be told you cannot get your license or renew tags for your car because you didn't bring the proper documents. There is a "document-checking" lady that calls your name first, but she called my name after I had already sat for almost 1 1/2 to 2 hours---then you go back to your seat again and wait to be called by someone that is ready to take care of you.
Overall, I just think something should be done to speed up the process of your name being called. And the document-checking lady should call your name WAY sooner than what she does so people that don't have their proper documents can just leave the building without waiting that length of time unnecessarily. Tho it is ultimately the customers' faults for not researching ahead of time what documents they need to bring in the first place.
